ORDER AND SHIPPING ( DELIVERY)

Most of our orders ship within 2 - 7 business days of the date of purchase.

Why?

Most our products are printed on demand, they are handcrafted and are specially made for you, and we strive to make sure you get the best quality, so instead of rushing, we prefer to take a little more time to get things perfect and make them with care and love before your products are shipped to you.

Once the processing time is complete, we will then be more than happy to ship your order.

Of course, please note that during holidays, black Friday, cyber Monday and peak seasons, we get really (really) busy and experience a lot more orders so that would obviously extend the average processing time. That is when yoga is so useful here to help us stay calm and focused or we would all be pulling our hair ha ha (so we kindly ask you to be more indulgent with us).

Note that items in the same order may be shipped separately as we have multiple manufacturing facilities and not all items are produced in the same place or at the same pace. Of course, in that case, each item would be shipped with its own tracking number.


  • USA orders : Depending on where you are located (hopefully in a sunny place where you can do yoga outside), you will usually receive your order 2-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, if your shipping destination is in the US.
  • International orders : If it's an international order, most packages arrive within 2 or 3 weeks, though it can take from four to six based upon how your country handles those packages. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end to expedite that process.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to the email address you entered on your order.

Note that items in the same order may be shipped separately as we have multiple manufacturing facilities and not all items are produced in the same place or at the same pace. Of course, in that case, each item would be shipped with its own tracking number.

Once your items are shipped, you will immediately get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from our shipping team.

This will enable you to track your order and follow the shipping. Please note that it may take several orders  ( 6 - 12 hours) from the time an order ships to the time it is first scanned by the carrier into their system.

Parcels are delivered using registered mail via either DHL or USPS to the shipping address you indicated on your order. Apparel goods are packaged in sealed clear plastic bags and then sealed in grey / white packaging with the address and name indicated on your order invoice placed on the front. (yeah we know, it is not the most original way but it works pretty well haha)

Shipping costs depend on the total dollar value of your order (excluding tax).
Note that we offer Free Shipping for US orders over $79 !! ( for international orders it is $99)

Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes as they enter the destination country.

Yes, we do ship to PO boxes. Also yes, we ship to APO/FPO military addresses. The military address should always include a box number and a unit number. Otherwise,the package might not be delivered.

Just keep in mind, APO/FPO delivery can be very slow (up to 45 days from when the package is handed over to the military post office).

But note we don’t ship to Crimea, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, Syria and North Korea because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. This list may change periodically.

We ship internationally to all other countries! Yippee!!

If you have entered the wrong shipping address into your order, please contact our support staff immediately at support@yoganum.com with the correct shipping address.

Depending on your order status, we might be able to switch out the address. There’s no guarantee but we’ll try our best.

Please note that, if a customer enters the address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge the customer for re-shipping the item.

You can email the details or your order at support@yoganum.com and one of our awesome customer support representatives will get back to you.

You will be sent by email a tracking number once your order is shipped after the processing time (usually 2-5 days). Note that if your items are shipped separately ( as we work with several manufacturing facilities), you will get one tracking number per item shipped.

The order price you paid us only covers the cost of shipping the product to you.

Some countries charge an import tax upon any purchase you make that comes in from a different country.

We apologize for the inconvenience and wish there were a way around them, but unfortunately this is a necessary evil for international orders. Please consult your country's laws regarding any additional fees you may have to pay as the items arrive in your country.

We can not mark any international packages as gifts - sorry!

Tracking information isn't always real-time.

When you receive you tracking number and if there appears to be no initial transit movement, don’t worry, it can take usually between 24-48 hours for tracking to fully activate or update once a package has been scanned.

Rest assured, your package is still on its way to you and probably further along than it looks.

If the tracking number is still not working within 3 - 4 days, please contact our support team.

You should be able to check the status of your order using the tracking link provided in our shipping confirmation e-mail once your item is shipped.

If you have not received your order within the estimated shipping timeframe indicated in the previous sections above, please contact our support team to help you.

Ok, first take a deep breath.

We work with different manufacturing warehouses across the US and also some in other continents, so frequently we'll be shipping items separately from multiple locations.

Moreover, because we want you to get your products as quickly as possible, items in the same order from the same warehouse may be shipped separately once it is ready, even if it means spending more money on shipping from our side. Yep, we go the extra mile for you.

All our orders are protected by our Order Insurance.

If your order does not arrive to you or gets lost in transit, we can certainly resend the item(s) to you, free of charge. That goes without saying.


RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE

Contact us so that we can help make things right. If there is an issue with your order, you may return your purchase within 31 days of the order date. We believe we have a fair return /refund policy that you can check here.

Returned item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the physical state in which you received them including all original tags intact, packaging bags.

If the order has not been sent to production yet, we can still change your order and change the size. Contact us immediately from our contact page to check your order status.

If you got your order but found out you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, we are unable to do any size exchanges because we custom printed your order and have clear sizing charts on our website.

In that case, our cool and honest customers understand we totally held our side of the deal and did deliver, so they own their mistake and simply order a new size and guess what? They give the other item to their best friend or a relative and go to yoga class together. That is what we call a good action :). Karma is your best friend :)

If this happens, we are truly sorry and will make sure to correct it.

We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP! So, rest assured we will take care of you, cover the return shipping fees for the return and send you the correct item for free.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored. So, you can focus on your yoga practice knowing that your personal information is safe and will never be shared.

As previously stated, yoganum.com takes your safety seriously, our site is encrypted with 128-bit security so your personal information is safe.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, cash or money orders at this time.

Yoganum is all about bringing you unique and specialty items that you won't find anywhere else.

While most of our items do come from right here in the US, there are many items that are simply not available here.

To keep a diverse group of products you will love, we go far and wide to find the best sources around the world.

Most our shirts are printed with state of the art DTG printers.

Direct to Garment, or DTG printing, is a process by which a digital image is printed directly onto your apparel using the newest technology in apparel printing. This process allows us to print with highly detailed full color designs at an affordable price.

Note that all inks used are water - based and eco - friendly

First, ignore the instructions on labels as they may not take into account whether or not the shirt has been enhanced with printed design.

T-shirt, tank, sweatshirt, hoodie: 

  • wash the garment inside out by hand using hand-wash detergent and cold water.
  • Can be tumble-dried on a low cycle but hang dry works best.
  • Iron inside-out on the lowest setting (Do not apply direct heat to the design as it might ruin it.)

Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners and do not dry clean. Never wash in hot water or dry in a hot dryer.

Leggings, sport bras:

  • Gentle hand washing will prolong the life of your item
  • Hang to dry or Lay flat in shade to dry, do not twist
  • No ironing

Note that high temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric.Avoid using bleach.No dry cleaning.

Tote bags:

  • Machine washable on delicate
  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry
  • No ironing

This may happen. It's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process that helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

We use water-based inks, so the shirts must be sprayed before printing with this solution that smells a little like vinegar or can sometimes leave temporary discoloration stains. (This solution is environmentally friendly and absolutely harmless.)

What to do? simply wash the garment. The smell or the stain should vanish after the first wash. And voilà! Ready to wear.
