Yoganum.com was created to spread positivity and happiness with 100 % customer satisfaction and we clearly back that up with our 31- day peace of mind return policy.
We handcraft every product with love, care and many quality control checkpoints throughout the fulfilment process but sometimes, let’s face it, mistakes can happen, (especially in peak busy times). But don’t worry, we treat all our customers like our friends with respect, dignity and fairness.
So, if there is any mistake with your purchase, no worries!!!! Just take a deep breath, relax and let us help.

Yep, our policy lasts 31 days (not 30 days simply because there are usually 31 days in one month. Don’t thank us for this extra day, go practice yoga instead ).
Any changes or cancel requests:
Our products being printed on demand, we can accept changes or order cancellation if you inform us before the item goes to production (usually after 24 hours). In that case, we will be able to do the changes requested or if you requested a cancellation, (no one is perfect lol), you will get a full refund. No questions asked.
However, if your order has already been sent to production, then your order will obviously not be eligible for any change or cancellation.
Unfortunately, if you enter the shipping address incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we will need to charge fees for re-shipping the item. We find it fair, don’t you?
All our awesome products are printed on demand. We do not keep inventory. So, we can only make exchanges for products that were either misprinted, damaged or defective. In that case, please email us at email@example.com within 31 days of your order
If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong size, we are unable to do any size exchanges because of the custom printing for your order. In that case, our cool and honest customers understand we totally held our side of the deal and did deliver, so they own their mistake and simply order a new size and guess what? They give the other item to their best friend or a relative and go to yoga class together. That is what we call a good action J. Karma is your best friend J
At Yoganum, we want to be upfront with you, we definitely want to make our customers happy but we also pay our team members honest wages, we respect them, we don’t squeeze them like slaves, we pay our suppliers fairly. So, please understand we cannot afford a very aggressive return policy as the big online sharks, which would get us seriously burnt on the backend. However, we made sure that our return policy stays fair and honest.
Our Responsibility: we made a mistake
We only accept returns on things that are our fault such as:
- Different item received than what was ordered upon checkout
- Incorrect size of item received
- Incorrect color of item received
- Incorrect style of item received
The item to be returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it, with all the original tags attached and packaging.
Contact our support team within 31 days of the order via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Order Reference Number
- A short description of the issue encountered (in case of a defect: a picture or more showing the defect)
Upon receipt of your request, an email will then be sent to indicate you the specific address to return the item.
Of course, because we messed up, we will own our mistake, so you won’t have to pay for the return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will immediately send you a replacement item free of charge to the address you previously indicated.
Your responsibility: you made a mistake, or you changed your mind.
We are sure you can understand we held our side of the deal and did deliver. We spent time on your order, our team members worked super hard to print your product which was custom made for you. We will pay them for their work and effort. (they probably skipped yoga class for your order haha).
If we messed up, we would definitely own it and fix our mistakes. It is a no brainer as we definitely believe in the laws of Karma. In essence, everything we do creates a corresponding energy that comes back to us in some form or another. So good actions lead to good consequences and bad actions lead to bad consequences.
All our cool and honest customers own their own mistakes and totally understand we cannot accept any returns in this case.
- If you ordered the wrong size, then why don’t you offer it to someone who loves yoga (a friend, a relative or even the person on your left or right side at yoga class, she or he may become one of your best friends :) ). Yoga people are frankly the best people in the universe haha (ok, ok we are a little biased)
- If you changed your mind, well you could probably change your mind again so, why not wear it? use it for a while? You might see the item in a totally different light and end up loving it. (seriously, it happens all the time). Mind you, the most fulfilling and long-lasting love relationship usually start this way….
